SEO for Estate Agents
The agent sellers find first, and instruct
SEO for estate agents is about being the branch that comes up when someone types 'estate agents in Marlow' the week they decide to sell. SEO & AI for estate and letting agents: an area page per place you want instructions from, a valuation page that earns the visit, a Business Profile per branch.

What SEO for estate agents gets you
Sellers search the town, the fee and ‘how much is my house worth’ months before they list. Landlords search ‘letting agents’ with the town. The pages that win on your own site are the ones the portals do not have, and most agency websites are a search box, an about page and a valuation button.
Where estate agent websites leak valuations
The site shows listings, and the listings are on the portals anyway. Every property page dies on completion. The page that could rank for ‘estate agents in’ plus your town does not exist, and that is the page sellers choose from.
One ‘areas we cover’ page, twenty towns, no depth. ‘Estate agents Beaconsfield’ and ‘estate agents Amersham’ are different sellers, and a list ranks for neither. Each area needs its own page. We built our own area pages the same way.
The valuation is a button, not a page. ‘Free house valuation’ with your town is the highest-intent search on the site. A proper page explains the visit, who comes, what you charge and what happens next. A widget hands over a number and the seller rings someone else.
Lettings is a tab. Landlords search ‘letting agents in’ plus the town and ‘what does a letting agent charge’. A lettings section with its own area pages and a plain fees page brings instructions, not just applicants.
One Business Profile for three branches. For ‘estate agents near me’ the map result is the result. Each branch needs its own profile, its own reviews and a matching page on the site.
AI search and GEO for estate agents
Sellers and landlords now ask AI tools how to choose an estate agent, what agents charge, whether an online agent is worth it, and which agents cover their town. The answers draw on pages that explain the process and the fee plainly, and name agencies whose branch details match everywhere.
So we spell the basics out: estate agent structured data per branch, matching branch details on the site, each Business Profile and the portals, fees in plain text, a page per area, a valuation page that describes the visit, lettings explained. Nobody can promise an AI answer will name you. We can make sure it never has to guess which areas you cover or what you charge.

Most agencies start with SEO & AI and add paid search when a branch needs to fill faster.
SEO & AI
Area pages, the valuation page, a lettings section, fees in plain text, a profile per branch, structured data.
PPC
Paid search for valuations in the areas you want instructions from, not for house hunters.
Social Media
The branch, the team and the sold boards, for sellers who want to see who will be standing in their kitchen.
No mystery. Here’s the order.
The areas you want instructions from against the ones you rank for, each branch profile, the valuation page.
Business Profiles and the valuation page first, then area pages, then lettings.
We fix the profiles, write the valuation and fees pages, build the missing area pages, give lettings its own section.
Valuation requests by area and branch, not visits, and we keep going.
SEO Foundations £499 a month, SEO Growth £999. AI Visibility Foundations £749, AI Visibility Growth £1,499, each including the matching SEO package. Three months recommended, 30 days’ notice to cancel.

SEO for estate agents FAQs
Will SEO get me valuations or just traffic?
Valuations, if it is built for that. Area pages, the valuation page, fees and the branch profile, measured by valuation requests, not visits.
Do I need a page for every area I cover?
For every area you genuinely want instructions from and have sold in, yes. Six or eight proper area pages beat thirty villages with a sentence each.
Does this work alongside Rightmove and Zoopla or instead of them?
Alongside. The portals are where buyers browse. The seller searching for an agent before they list is won by your own site, and the instruction is not shared.
What does the Website Leak Review look at for an estate agency?
Which areas you appear for, each branch’s Business Profile, whether the valuation and fees pages exist, whether lettings stands alone.
