SEO Services

Fix what is actually wrong, in the order that matters

Most websites that are quiet do not have a traffic problem. They have a clarity problem, a structure problem, or a technical problem that nobody has looked at properly. Our SEO services start by working out which one you have, then fixing it in the order that matters.

From £499 per month on a fixed-price SEO package.

  • The diagnosis first: clarity, structure or technical
  • What we would fix first, and why
  • No hard sell. A straight read on what is working and what is holding you back.

The diagnosis comes before the plan

Plenty of SEO goes wrong at the very start, when an agency arrives with a fixed list of deliverables and applies it regardless of what the site actually needs.

Four blogs a month will not help a site that Google cannot crawl properly. A technical audit will not help a site that is technically fine but says nothing useful. Backlinks will not help a service page that does not match what people are searching for.

So we look first, and tell you what we find, including the parts that are already fine.

SEO audit stripping back to the foundations
Stripping a site back to see what is underneath

What we look at

  • Pages picking up impressions but not clicks, which usually means a mismatch between the page and the query
  • Rankings sitting on page two, close enough that focused work moves them
  • Service pages Google is barely testing, which means it has not worked out what they are for
  • Whether Google is matching the right queries to the right pages, or spreading them across several
  • Technical issues quietly muddying the signals: crawl waste, indexation, redirect chains, duplication, page speed
  • Content that exists but is not connected to anything commercial
  • What your competitors rank for that you do not

The work itself

Technical SEO

Removing the quiet blockers. Crawl and indexing problems, redirect mess, broken internal links, duplication, slow pages, poor mobile performance, sitemap and canonical issues. Unglamorous, and usually where the biggest waste is sitting.

Pages and content

Service pages that state plainly what you do and who for. Local pages for the areas you work in. Guides that answer the questions people ask before they buy, and that pass relevance into the pages that earn you money. Not filler to make the site look busy.

Structure and internal links

Making the relationship between your pages obvious. Most sites have more authority than they are using, sat on posts that link nowhere useful.

Local SEO

If you serve a defined area, this is often the fastest win available. Google Business Profile, consistent details across listings, and location pages that are genuinely about the location rather than a find and replace job.

SEO consultant, SEO consultancy or SEO agency?

Three ways to buy the same expertise. Which one is right depends entirely on what you already have in the building.

An SEO consultant

Right when you already have people who can do the work, a developer, a marketer, someone who can write, but nobody who knows what to tell them to do. An SEO consultant sets the direction, puts the jobs in order, and reviews what comes back. You supply the hands. Cheapest route, and the fastest, provided your team genuinely has the capacity.

SEO consultancy alongside your team

A middle option that suits companies with some in-house capability and a gap in one area. We take the technical work or the content and leave the rest with you. Plenty of businesses need a few days of SEO consultancy rather than a monthly retainer, and some of our best relationships started that way.

A full SEO agency

Right when the work needs doing as well as deciding. As an SEO agency we handle the technical fixes, write and rebuild the pages, sort the internal links, and report on what moved. You supply the decisions and the sign-off, and not much else.

Which one you need

We will tell you straight. If you brief us and it is obvious you need six hours of consultancy rather than twelve months of retainer, we would rather say so and keep the relationship. Most SEO consultants and SEO companies will not, because the retainer is the product. That is the difference worth asking about before you sign anything.

The first 90 days of SEO services in three stages
The first 90 days of SEO work

The first 90 days

Month one: find the gaps

Review the site and the data, identify the technical problems, map which pages matter, check keyword targeting, and work out where visibility is leaking.

Month two: fix the foundations

Start on whatever is most likely to move things. Usually technical fixes, service page rewrites, internal linking and metadata.

Month three: build momentum

Strengthen supporting content, push on pages that are gaining impressions, tighten internal links.

This is not a promise of rankings in ninety days. It is the point at which the site is cleaner, clearer and better connected, and you can see which way the numbers are pointing.

What lands each month

You get work, and a note explaining what changed and why. Depending on the site and the package that can include:

  • Technical fixes
  • Service page improvements
  • Content updates and new supporting guides
  • Internal linking
  • Search Console analysis
  • Keyword and intent reviews
  • Local SEO work
  • Metadata updates
  • Competitor checks
  • Reporting with clear next steps

Where AI search fits

Short version: the foundations do both jobs. A site that Google can crawl, understand and trust is the same site ChatGPT and Perplexity can draw on. There is no separate AI website.

There is additional work that only matters for AI search, mainly consistency of your details across the web and answering buyer questions directly enough to be quoted. If you want that handled as defined monthly output, that is what our AI SEO services cover.

SEO services FAQs

How long do SEO services take to work?

Months, not weeks, for anything meaningful. You may see early movement quickly if the site has obvious problems, because fixing something broken tends to show up fast. Sustained growth is slower. We set that expectation at the start rather than after you have paid for three months.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Anyone who does is either lying or planning to rank you for something nobody searches for. We will tell you what we think is achievable and then show you the movement, good or bad.

Do I need an SEO agency or an SEO consultant?

Depends what you are missing. If you have people who can do the work but nobody setting the direction, a consultant is enough and cheaper. If you need the work doing as well, that is us. We will say which one we think you need.

Do I need lots of new content?

Usually not at first. Most sites need their existing pages to be better before they need more pages. We look at what is already there, what is missing, and where new content would genuinely support growth.

Can you work with our developer?

Yes. We provide clear briefs, priorities and QA so changes get made in full rather than half made.

We get impressions but no clicks. What does that mean?

Usually that Google is testing your page but it is not ranking high enough to be seen, the snippet is weak, or the page does not quite match the query. We look at the page, the query and the intent before deciding which of those it is.
